Chess Coaching

Personalized instruction in Bennington, helping players of all ages grow confidence over the board.

A carefully arranged chess curriculum scene on a smooth, dark charcoal desk: a spiral-bound training workbook open to a page of printed chess diagrams, a wooden board set up to mirror one of the positions, and a slim digital tablet displaying an annotated analysis. A small set of color-coded sticky flags marks key chapters, and a clean white mug with a minimalist chess logo sits to the side. Soft, diffused overhead light and gentle ambient daylight from an unseen window create balanced, shadow-free illumination. Shot from an overhead, top-down perspective with crisp focus across the frame, the composition feels organized, methodical, and academically rigorous, ideal for illustrating structured lesson plans and coaching programs.
An elevated, wide-angle photographic view of a modern chess training room without people, featuring several high-quality wooden chessboards uniformly arranged on sleek, matte white tables. Each board shows a different instructive middlegame position, with notation sheets and sharpened pencils placed neatly beside them. The room’s walls are adorned with large, framed diagrams of famous chess strategies and a subtle logo for “Chess on the Hill” on a glass panel. Soft, even overhead LED lighting provides clean illumination, minimizing harsh shadows and giving the space a bright, professional feel. The composition uses leading lines from the table edges to draw the eye across the room, projecting an atmosphere of disciplined learning and organized coaching.
